About 3 years ago, I made one of the biggest mistakes of my life by "blindly" getting breast implants. When I say "blindly," I mean going through surgery without knowing much about the procedure. What had happened is I ended up choosing the wrong size, fill material etc. Although I wanted to believe that I was content with them, I really wasn't. It was only until about a few months ago when I decided that the only way I'd be satisfied is if I had a revision done. I didn't want to make the same mistake twice, so I began researching the procedure online.

I joined forums, read articles, browsed through before and after photos etc. On one of the forums, a fellow member recommended that I check out a site called Breast Implants USA. On there, I found several board-certified plastic surgeons in my area. I contacted about 5 of them but set up consultations with only 2. Of the two, I decided to go with Dr. Shamoun of Beverly Hills, CA. He seemed to have a good understanding of what I was looking for. Besides, I really liked his before and after photos.

Anyway, come surgery day it's Déjà vu. I'm right where I was 3 years ago about to go under the knife. Although I already knew what too expect, I was still nervous. The last thing I remember before being sedated was Dr. Shamoun's gentile smile. This is what allowed me to rest easy. Several weeks after the surgery, my boobs began to heal and settle. I remember looking at myself in the mirror and crying my heart out. I was so happy that I finally got the look I've always wanted.
