Hey Dr. Buford.... I just want to say hello and let you know that I am so happy since my surgery back in 2000. I came to you not knowing what to do because of my previous surgery. But once I sat down and conversed with you about my options, I knew that I didn't want anyone else to help me but you! It has been a little over two years since you helped me and I just want to tell you that I love my new breasts! I get compliments everyday about how nice they are and how they look so real. I can actually say that I feel so much better about the way I look now as compared to two years ago. Thanks again!
Breast Augmentation Revision Patient
I ended up with breasts that are much closer together (yes, I would have liked more cleavage) but the other doctor already made the pockets so we had to work with what we had. They feel wonderful and natural. The scars are barely visible (with the 1st surgery they were really bad). I am much happier with the outcome now. When I wear a bra they look great. I hardly ever have to wear one though they stay right where the good Doctor put them...I must say if you are considering altering your body in any way, NEVER, NEVER rush into anything. Do your research, spend the extra money, and go to as many consults as you need. What’s a consult fee compared to a revision fee???

I wanted to thank you and your staff for all that you've done to make me look and feel young again. After having three kids, I was thinking I'd just have to get used to fact that my body would never look "hot" again. I always tried to hide my flaws, but now I don't have to. Everything looks great and I owe it to you.
I think the hardest part for me was that initial consultation. It's hard to show a stranger all the things you usually try to hide, but you and your staff made me feel very comfortable. I felt very at ease with the whole process. You really have a great team.
I lost one pant size just from getting the abdominoplasty and now that my abdomen muscles are repaired, I'm starting to work on them again. And I think my chest probably looks better than it did before the kids! I haven't felt this confident about my body in 10 years. Thank you so much!

Hello Dr. Buford. I just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know that I continue to receive compliments on the superb job you did on my breast reduction last year.
I had my first mammogram done yesterday and the Radiologist who was reading my results said she would have never known I had reduction done, since everything on the inside looked so clear. According to her, which you probably already know- she said," you can usually always tell when someone has had reduction because all the tissue inside looks chaotic on the radiographs". So, of course I plugged you.
Thanks again for everything. The surgery has truly changed my life for the better. You are the best physician/ surgeon I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
